Lory Gel – 1kg
It contains highly digestible ingredients, specific to the Loriinae(lories and lorikeets) diet to achieve the maximum quality and palatability. We recommend providing Lory Gel and Lory Nectar simultaneously. Both products are able to cover properly the particular nutritional needs of different lory species in every moment, regulating themselves the ingest of each product.
Directions for use:
It is advisable to provide this Lory Gel simultaneously with Lory Nectar in different feeders. Both products are preferably supplied in dry form, but it can be provided mixed with water until a creamy texture. It is important to clean out the feeders daily. In warm environments, the product should be renewed more than once a day if it is diluted with water. We recommend supplementing the diet with fresh fruit every day. No vitamin or mineral supplements should be given to parrots whose basic diet is Lory Gel and Lory Nectar. Store in a cool dry place after opening (while refrigeration is not advised, freezing is possible if hermetically sealed).
Bird consumption varies between 7-10 g of dried gel and nectar per 100 g of body weight.
